Lions Camp

  • Blind and visually impaired youth (ages 6-17)
  • Deaf and hard of hearing youth (ages 6-17)
  • Deaf and hard of hearing adults (ages 18+)
  • Youth with mild cognitive disabilities (ages 9-16)
  • Adults with mild cognitive disabilities (ages 18-25)
  • Youth with Type I or Type II diabetes (ages 8-16)

Located on 440 acres of beautiful scenery along with fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities, Lions Camp offers a variety of camp programs for children and adults free of charge.

Variety: Chatter Matters! Communication Camp

  • Youth who use speech generating devices (ages 6-21)

Chatter Matters! provides necessary communication equipment and therapy services in a fun, traditional camp setting for the whole family.

Camp Kee-B-Waw is an educational and recreational day camp program where children can explore, create and have fun together.

Cost: $160/week for first camper; $135/week for each additional sibling

Transportation available from Portage, Baraboo and Reedsburg for $20/child

  • First priority given to Milwaukee County residents

Campers enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, art projects, field trips and personal care from 9:45a.m.-2:45p.m. Transportation included for Milwaukee County residents.

Non-resident: $410/1 session; $630/both sessions

Easter Seals: Holler Park & Schuetze Summer Respite Camps

Mondays-Fridays, June 16-August 15

Serving: Individuals with or without a disability (ages 7-21)

Campers can attend a full day (9a.m.-4:30p.m.) or half day (12p.m.-4:30p.m.) program with additional options for AM care (7:30-9am) and PM care (4:30-6pm). Camp offers field trips, sports, games, crafts, music and snacks.

Camp Pow Wow

Camp Pow Wow has residential and day camp programs offering arts and crafts, music, fishing, swimming, canoeing and more. Transportation is provided.

A Girl Scout camp outfitted for high quality outdoor experiences. Offers a riding program specifically geared towards girls with special needs.

MCFI hosts several different camps that focus on outdoor adventure and teambuilding. A special camp week is offered exclusively for campers with autism.
