Planned Giving

planned gift is a contribution that is arranged in the present but distributed at a future date, most often after the donor has passed away. Common types of planned gifts are bequests through a will or a trust or as a beneficiary designation of an IRA or life insurance policy.

The official bequest language for Broadscope Disability Services, Inc. is:

“I ________________________ (fill in your name) give, devise or bequeath to Broadscope Disability Services, Inc. EIN: 39-1143353 [written amount of gift or % of estate or description of specific property] for its  unrestricted use and purpose.”

Thank you for considering Broadscope in your estate plans. Some donors like to be acknowledged for their planned gift during their lifetime. If you would like your gift to be known to us or would like to discuss your interest in making a planned gift to Broadscope, please contact Executive Director Mary Schinkowitch (mschink@broadscope.org or 414-329-4505). We are so grateful for your support of our mission.
